Celebrating its Grand Opening January 2007 , the new 14,000 sf Library Branch is part of a series of profile projects intended for the revitalization for the Eden Park Community. The design efficiently integrates library functional requirements within an open light filled pavilion to welcome community participation.  A state-of-the-art modular flooring system was integrated to allow ultimate facility flexibility over time and facilitate under floor utility and HVAC distribution thereby preserving the open pavilion volume.
