<< back main library in the park As part of the joint venture team, The Library Design Collaborative, Tipton Associates is currently working with the East Baton Rouge Parish Library and BREC to develop the the parish’s new main library in Independence Park. The Library in the Park is expected to open to the public in the summer of 2011 and, is a collaborative effort between Tipton Associates Exterior Architect of Record, PSA-Dewberry Interior Architect of Record, and CJA .
